Why Exercise?

There are too many benefits of exercise to list here, and it seems like every week a new study finds more reasons to exercise. The benefits of exercise can be very motivational for beginners, so I would advise you to read through the list. It is important to remember that not only does exercise add years onto your life, it adds life into your years.
